With more than 150 years combined experience Pinnacle Window Solutions has the expertise and knowledge to guide you through the most challenging window and door projects imaginable.
Although our first love will always remain with high performance and architecturally drawn single family homes throughout New England we also greatly enjoy working on community spaces, universities, healthcare projects, historic renovations and multi-family housing projects of every size. Kris Brill
Kris Brill leads the Pinnacle Window Solutions team as a founding partner and president. Kris has been in the window and door industry since 1996 when he began working full-time for his father’s business, Maine Glass Inc. Today he is known throughout the window industry as a knowledgeable and personable professional who works hard for his clients. The proof is in the long list of architects and builders that return to Kris over and over for advice on windows and to make their window purchases.
Kris has years of in-the-field experience installing all types of glazing, but his real advantage is a combination of hands-on expertise and his ability to connect with owners, architects, and builders. You will find working with Kris a pleasure.
Project Manager/Estimator
Amanda Wilson
Amanda graduated from Norwich University in 2006 with a Masters Degree in Architecture. Amanda’s background in architectural design and her interest in energy efficient design has allowed her to easily join the Pinnacle Window Solutions Team. Amanda supports the office by providing organization and design experience while keeping the office and projects running smooth.
Amanda has a designer’s eye for detail and composition and works with clients to maximize their project potential.
Commercial Project Manager
Stan Watts
Stan has been in the window and door industry since 1988. He got his start in the industry working for Maine Glass Inc. , which was started by Kris Brill’s father. Stan went on to own Glass Pro Inc. out of Biddeford, ME specializing in the sale and installation of retail and mall storefronts across the United States.
He came to us from Architectural Doors and Windows in Westbrook, Maine where he estimated commercial storefront windows and doors. He brings a broad base of knowledge and experience having worked on the estimating, design and installation of projects in both the residential and commercial industries.
Stan’s exceptional mechanical abilities and hands-on experience allows him to see solutions for projects of any size. He will go above and beyond to assist his clients with their project needs.
Architectural Sales Manager- ME
Tom Jordan
Tom Jordan, joined Pinnacle in 2023, taking on the role of Architectural Sales Manager, for the state of Maine. With an impressive two decades of experience in the window and door industry, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of excellence. Tom’s professional journey has been characterized by reliability, expertise, and consistent results, making him a standout figure in the window and door business. With 20 years in the industry and a true enthusiasm for fenestration, Tom offers himself as a knowledgeable resource for Architect, Builder and Owner alike.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Tom, a resident of Westbrook, Maine, shares his life with his wife Sarah, five teenagers, and a furry duo of cat and dog. When not immersed in work, Tom finds joy in outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, golf, and baseball.
Service Technician
Gavin Brill
With a strong commitment to Pinnacle Window Solutions, Gavin entered our company directly from high school graduation. He had carried the role of residential estimator – project manager for three years before wanting to shift his focus to the field where he found the opportunity to excel as our in house service technician and installation provider. Gavin is skilled at reading construction documents, proficient in estimating and producing cad drawings, managing inventory, negotiating shipping needs and providing excellent customer service.
Architectural Sales Manager- MA/NH
Tom Evans
Tom has been in the building materials industry for the past 30 years. He brings a broad base of knowledge and experience, having worked on both the wholesale and manufacturing side of our business. Tom’s expertise in windows and doors along with his customer-centric focus, has helped him develop and maintain excellent relationships over the years with many notable architects, builders, and dealers. Tom has a particular interest in the high performance home market, which started when he worked for Loewen Windows as a territory sales manager from 2010-2016.
Service Coordinator
Lacey Breton
As the Service Coordinator, Lacey plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every window and door installation exceeds our customers’ expectations. With a keen eye for detail honed from a previous career in interior design, she brings a unique perspective to coordinating and managing our service operations.Lacey’s detailed mindset also allows her the opportunity to provide Pinnacle Window Solutions with a high level administrative assistance as well as supporting Kris on all continued market strategies.
Outside of work, Lacey is an avid outdoors enthusiast. Whether hiking trails, snowboarding down slopes, or enjoying time on the water, she embraces every opportunity to explore and enjoy the great outdoors!

With 30 years of fenestration expertise Jacob Phillips leads our service and installation service team. His ability to problem solve and execute the in most complex construction scenarios makes him a pivotal part of the Pinnacle Window Solution team. Jacob has an extreme love of food, family, music and outdoor activities and enjoys sharing these passions with his wife and 4 wonderful children.

Mason Brill
With three years experience as Pinnacle’s flex position person Mason Brill offers great capabilities in handling all of our shipping needs. He is always extremely cautious in handling heavy products and ensure safe loading and delivery of products to our customers throughout the northeast. Mason also finds himself providing flashing , installation and service assist as required. His willingness to do all jobs makes him a great value to our team.
